Sir, For Swach Bharat Govt. had build toilet in every house but still people ( my village people) don't use them. They make road dirty. Why govt. wasted money for such people ?

Dear Modi Ji, I am working as a Asst. Professor in Jorhat Engg College , Assam, Since from Sept 4 ,2018. Within this 4 months i have realised that , there 2 major problems in city like Jorhat which is called Knowledge city .. these are Health and Sanitation in public places and Domestic waste on bank of river .Plastic bags here soon become major problem as it is already hearting the eco system . My suggestion would be that there must ban on Plastic bags. Need Social awareness.
