Every major city, two tier and 3 tier city above 10 Lakh must have Forensic Laboratory attached to the main Police HQ. As economy grows , both white color crime and crime rate grows; and the best way to prevent it rapid corrective and remedial measures. These must be backed by Digital Teams which keep track and help the police unlock the crime. Why not strengthen CB CID of each state so CBI can do more vital work?
