आदरणीय, शहर कस्बों में बची हुई जमीनों में भू माफिया राज हावी न हो सके और हकदारी के बाद भी मोहल्ले वासियों को आज की जरूरत के हिसाब से सड़क पानी बिजली आपूर्ति पर्याप्त और सुनियोजित रूप से हो सके किसी एक दलाल के कारण कईयों के सुखाधिकार का हनन न हो इस ओर राजस्व, शहरी विकास , पर्यावरण कार्यालयों एवम् मंत्रालयों का ध्यान आकृष्ट होना आवश्यक है खासकर आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में तो और भी , जहां आए दिनों प्रकृति का बेहिसाब दोहन और सत्ता का दुरुपयोग होता ही रहता है।

Detailed clarity on Land Bill needs to be given as I have discussed with many of my contacts in India and abroad, their concern with the bill is in regards to the farmers who are having a very small land for farming and can yeild only 1 crop in a year. What if the buyer denies that his demanded quantity is fulfilled and now he don't want to purchase from the farmers, where will farmers go and sell their produce as the bill says that they cannot sell it directly in the open market or AMC any more
