Lately we see a dangerous trend in our country where the states are passing on the bills differently which clearly reduces the power of our parliament and central govt. in name of federalism how can so many new laws are made that too state specific.To maintain the supremacy of our parliament which has been given utmost power by our constitution,an amendment is required to split states into taking different ways.Why are states afraid of CBI that the department now requires permission from states?
