Bilaspur Smart City Talk

As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Urban Development for smart city challenge, the third Stakeholder/Citizen consultation meeting is being organized by Bilaspur Municipal Corporation on 1/11/2015. The meeting will start at 4:00pm at Lal Bahadur Shastri School, Dikshit Sabha Bhavan.

Discussion on the options of Pan city and Area Development projects will be carried out during the talk show.

The meeting will be headed by Member of Parliament (C.G.) Mr. Lakhan Lal Sahu, in the presence of Mayor Bilaspur Mr. Kishor Rai, Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Ranu Sahu. Members of Laghu Udyog Sangh, Merchant Association, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Lions Club will also be present in the talk show.

PROVIDE BIO DIESEL OR BIO FUEL OR PURE FOSSIL FUEL- sahar ke vatavaran ko automobile polution se bachane ke liye bio diesel ya bio ethanol provide kiya jana chahiye. agar mumkin ho to jatropha farming ko motivate kiya jana chahiye taki usse bio diesel bnaya ja sake. agar petroleum fuel ka istemal ho raha he to uski purity ko regular check kiya jana chahiye lead free fuel hi istemal ho.

BLACKOUT EVERY NIGHT- har residential area me raat ko kuch waqt ke liye jese 10-15 minutes ke liye light cut kar deni chahiye. ye official buildings me, hospitals me, industries me nahi kiya jana chahiye. esa logo ko energy conservation ke liye jagruk karne ke liye ek sandesh ke taur per karna chahiye. is dauran street lights ko bhi band kiya ja sakta he.

PROMOTE SOLAR ENERGY- solar energy farms establish kiye jane chahiye agar sambhav ho to. logo ko solar energy panels lagane ke liye protsahit karna chahiye. unhe solar panels istemal karne par tax me chhut as a reward di ja sakti he ya unhe solar panels me subsidy di ja sakti he. official buildings,hotels, malls, government buildings, collages, universities, schools hospitals ki chat per solar panels lagwane chahiye GERMANY ki tarz per taki jyada se jyada energy produce ki ja sake.

i think bilaspur will become smart if and if only..it will clean,, ,follwing ponits must follow for inititation.- 1.all garbage picker should follow their duties,. 2.dustbins must me placed in main markets in city. 3.traffic sysytem must be well planed and advanced. 4.new mobile based apps must be launch by municipal corporation,for any type of complanits. 5.the worst condition is of roads, so please make standdard quality roads so that it will called as smart. 6.maintainance is must.
