The management of Bilaspur district was taken over by the British Government in 1818. The city was taken over by the British East India Company of Great Britain in the year 1854 from the then ruler of the region, Bhosale of the Nagpur kingdom belonging to the Maratha Empire. Under Bhosale of the Nagpur kingdom there were many subedars or zamindars/landlords like Akbar Khan, Vazeer Khan, Sao and others in Bilaspur.

Garbage scattered around the city should cleaned and disposed off properly.
2. Stray animals should be taken care off
3. Solid waste management
4.Dustbins should be kept all over the city.

Should have a Centralized (app based) system for complaints related to electricity/ water supply / storm water drainage and related infrastructure services. The system should be a two way, providing response and consumer feedback mechanism.

--Publishing of results of complaints and action taken
--Central Communication System for City level important news.
--Dedicated Area for slums
--Every Govt related work should be possible via phone or internet

Make proper arrangement for waste management in city.Also Good transportation , Toilets and Hand wash, Proper parking arrangement are need. Green City must be basic agenda in this.
