The law enforcement agency placed under a State’s authority nullifies its impartiality in dispensing law and order. A new model is suggested. The model envisages establishment of an ‘Independent Commission’ to control and oversee its duties and functions. It shall have three members, 1) the state’s Home Minister, the directive authority, 2) a member chosen by and from the state’s judiciary, the legal authority, 3) the State’s Governor, the figurehead of the IC. The commission shall function like a ‘collective ombudsman’ with the authority to receive complaints of irregularity from the public and to initiate separate enquiries. The statutory directive power of a State in law enforcement is exercised through the ‘Law Enforcing Agency’. Lead by a Commissioner, this agency will perform the assigned tasks in accordance to the ‘Standard Protocols and Practices in Law Enforcement’ so established. ‘Directives’ shall be issued in situations where the ‘Protocols’ are insufficient or are absent.

Respected PM, The silver line project of Kerala (k-rail) is not suitable to the topography of Kerala &is an unwanted, unsustainable one. It's an environmental & financial disaster,will destroy the already shattered ecology here, due to the change in land use pattern,quarrying in the fragile areas(western ghats)etc. The poor will not get any benefit from this krail. But , now even without any proper Environment Impact Assessment study& Detailed project Report,land acquisition is going on! And a lot of people will lose their houses, their property,their livelihood! Is this the sustainable one? There are a lot of activities needed to save the Kerala im this time of climate change. But here,this kind of unwanted project,with so less cost-benefit ratio. We, people don't want this. Then for whom this unsustainable krail is introducing? Where will these much people go? હમેશ મારા જેવો અનેક યુવાના પ્રેરણાસ્ત્રોત રહેલ મારા ગુરુ સમાન માનનીય નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદી સાહેબને એક ખેડૂત પુત્રના પ્રણામ , જય ભારત સહ જણાવવાનું કે ખેડૂતખાતેદારે પોતાની જમીનમાં ભાઈભાગે વહેંચણી કરીને પૈકી પાનિયા જુદા પડાવવા માટે નવા નિયમ મુજબ iora.gujarat.gov.in પર હિસ્સા માપણી અંગેની અરજી કરવાની હોય છે. જે બાદમાં જે તે જિલ્લાની DILR કચેરી દ્વારા સર્વેની તારીખ આપીને માપણી કરવાની કાગમીગી બાદ પાનિયા અલગ પાડવાની નોંધ પાડવામાં આવે છે. પણ આ પ્રક્રિયામાં અરજન્ટ માપણીની ફી ભર્યા બાદ પણ સર્વેયર દ્વારા માપણી કરવામાં આવતી નથી. જેથી ખેડૂતે વહેંચણી કરતા પહેલા પાકધીરાણ વ્યાજે પૈસા લાવીને ભરેલ હોઈ તે અટકાઈ જાય છે અને ખેડૂત વ્યાજના ચક્રમાં વીંટાતો જાય છે. જે કારણે ખેડૂતને કોઈ ઉધાર બિયારણ પણ આપતું ન હોઈ કઈ રીતે તે પોતાની ખેતી ને ચાલુ રાખી શકે. ? હું મારા ઘરની જ પરિસ્થિતિ જણાવુ તો, મારા પિતા એક મધ્યમ વર્ગના ખેડૂત છે. તેઓ એ 2021ના જાન્યુઆરી માસમાં ભાઈભાગે વહેંચણી કરાવવા 4,50,000 રૂપિયા વ્યાજે લાવીને પાક ધીરાણ ભરેલ, અને બાદમાં વહેંચણી ની પ્રક્રિયા આરંભેલ જે આજરોજ અગિયાર માસ થયા હોવા છતાં અલગ પડેલ નથી

Respected prime minister, This new year please do something for our kids till class 8th.because they are facing so much written work pressure from school.class 10th students are passing with tick mark exams or without exams but our kids till 8th facing worst education system.all the time they are doing written work and 4 time exams in a year.education have been a nightmare for our kids.
