Sir, People have the right for peaceful protests for a cause but recent arson and violence occurred in some States in protest against implementation of Agnipath Scheme may be seen seriously. These violent activities resulted in heavy loss to public property may be seen in continuation with the violent protests against selection procedure in railway recruitment during February 2022. It is reported that around 60 coaches, 10 engines and some railway stations were set on fire by the protestors resulting to a loss of more than 100 Crores. This is in addition to the destruction of other public properties, the inconvenience and agony caused to thousands of innocent commuters trapped at various places due to cancellation of large number of trains. The entire episode of violence and arson to be investigated, the culprits and perpetrators to be brought to justice and loss to be recovered from the guilty. This will send a strong message to persons involved in hooliganism in the name of protest.

Honorable Prime Minister, Pranam Sir, I have the following suggestions: 1- Cities parks should be developed as "Yoga Parks" and healthy volatile organic compounds releasing trees should be planted in parks so that they can be useful for health and the environment.  2- We can play an important role in controlling climate change by developing rural government basic schools as "carbon neutral biodiversity schools".  These schools will be able to contribute to biodiversity conservation and inculcate the love of nature among the students.  3- "Pond Forest" along the banks of ponds, will help in conservation of groundwater, and endangered birds like Baya.  Sir, trees played a protective role in southern Italy and lowered the graph of covid-19 cases. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी कोटि- कोटि प्रणाम। । महोदय, 1- वर्तमान में गोवंश के कारण सड़क दुर्घटनायें बहुत बढ़ गई हैं ,किसान भी बहुतपरेशान है। फसल का बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है ,गोशालाओं में कम ,सड़कों में ज्यादा गोवंश मौजूद है, गोवंश भी दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो रहे है , जिससे उनकी जिन्दगी नर्क हो जाती है। मेरा सुझाव है कि गायों की रक्षा की जाय लेकिन पूर्व की भांति साड़ों को बूचड़खाने में जाने दिया जाय।।

If the 10.7lakh crore that is delayed is unlocked it will add 6% to the GVA. Respected Sir, I am referring to the arson in the name Agnipath or Farm laws or CAA etc. When such things happen, I am requesting you to consider bring into force the following. 1. Pl bring in a law that shall punish the part takers severely- atleast 10 years RIGOROUS IMPRISONMENT. Losses to be recovered from him or his family. All kinds a subsidy to be withdrawn fully. 2.All those states where such things are not controlled in one day , such states to go under NIA for further period. )State police can be called upon to report to NIA). 3.Promptors, planners, TV channels which indirectly promote such agitation to get their license cancelled till such tiome their case is investigated and cleared. 4. If any religious place is used, such places should be shut down for enquiry. Shall be permanently closed if found involved. If found not guilty, their status be restored-No matter which religious place- "COUNTRY COMES FIRST? PL CONSIDER.
