Sir, i am suggesting for first time. Four & two vehicles headlight are fitted in a such way that in night it creates blindness of the driver of opposite direction. Secondly the white light bulbs light is very sharp and create more blindness than yellow bulbs. Even the horns are giving out higher decibel sound are in use. In nineties the headlight of driver side was half painted by yellow colour. The design of headlight to modified to stop accident and horn decibel requires to be standarized and implemented on ground strictly as done in PUC & Insurance. Any tampering with these two items needs to penalized

Respected Prime Minister of India sir, I am not sure if this very very very major issue concerning employees, both PSU as well as Private sector, has ever been brought to your notice. You would be EXTREMELY surprised to note that EPFO (Pension Fund) is sitting on HUGE money collected from Employees as contribution of EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) which the employee is supposed to start getting after turning 58 years old. The amount of Pension is not great BUT it is something DUE to the employees and must be given without any hassles. However, due to INEFFICIENT WAY OF HANDLING EPS issue (maybe by design) a large percentage of EMPLOYEES are left out. Either they don't know OR they are made to run here and there. Suggestion: The process of EPS disbursement should be made automatic i.e. the Employee should start getting the Pension amount under EPS the month he turns 58 Years. It is not a big deal and entails ZERO contribution from the GoI. All it needs is some reform and a will to do.

Respected Prime Minister, The Last Sunday of September every year is celebrated as World Deaf Day. I, therefore request you to talk about a rare institution in Mysore, Karnataka run by Parents Association of Deaf Children. In our preschool Aural/oral method is followed and uses a unique method which stands in the name of the association i.e. PADC method which has been published in the ICMR web. The training is imparted to the young deaf children along with mothers. The method adopted here helps in developing comprehension, communication and language skills and is giving wonderful results. More than 1000 HI children have undergone training since the past 40 years. Many children who have passed out of the preschool are in the various stages of learning and many have become Graduates.
