sir I have an idea about "switching reservation scheme"in this concept in a job vacancy when announced if additional vacancies will come after asusual reservation do switching reservation concept in it this year st will get 30%reservation on additional seats next year sc will get30% next year general category,next year obc then women PWD and so on all categories each year they will get switching cause all general category are not rich or all St,sc obc are not rich so why we only consider a few candidates and others are not getting benefits in this way asusual reservation present and there %also on additional vacancies we implement this concept of possible consider about it Thank you 👍
