Dear PM Sir, Last week I given by comments, views on corruption and how to reduce and control the corruption at various departmnts of GOI. Sir, I working in ICCR since 1987. Sir u believe or not during this tenure I saved about 2.00 to .50 crores of of varluable ruppes while examining and putting up of negative notes for approval of competent authority. Several times the seniors confronted with me and ask me to put the propsoal in a positive way or as per their will but I had not surrendered. For this I was sucessfully transferred or in other shunted out, tbrown out to some other desk and even to another station. I am bringing this to yr information that in every department of GOI the competent atubhorities and thier chaploos mukhbirs are m service providers are mususing and do financial bugglings easily. My biggest concern is the Finance & Accounts Departments of every office. 98% they close their eyes and set aside the GFR and financial rules . Pl. find out a mechanism.

Mr Narendra Modi ji, I would like to highlight the issue of academic lack in our country. I am a first year Forensic Science student. Sir, there is already a specified course "Forensic Science" which teaches us all the investigation process, methods, autopsy and everything. Even when there is a course, why are medical students more qualified for forensic jobs??? I really request you to look into this system and please make more opportunities for forensic students. Since, it is a very interesting yet vast course, students are pursuing it but have no future in that field, because the medically qualified people who do MBBS or Bachelor in any science degree are given more preference over us who do Bachelors and Masters in Forensic Science and invest our 5 years for the same. Please Modi ji, please, build some opportunities for us and do justice to these posts and work. Forensic qualified individuals should be hired in all investigation firms and medical labs for examinations.

Sir, My name is Vanya and I'm currently pursuing PhD from PGI, Chandigarh. I am an active volunteer with many animal NGOs here. I want to bring to your notice the cruelty that has been going against animals all over the country especially Kerala and Karnataka these days. Dogs are voiceless beings and in no manner has God given us such a right to treat them this way. The so-called reputed plastic surgeon from Jodhpur dragging the dog behind his car, the officials from NMDC Karnataka relocating and hitting the dogs so mercilessly and many more cases. I myself come across so many cases here in Chandigarh and we are actively working towards it. But sir, Rs. 50 fine for animal cruelty is just not justified. I ask you Sir, are just humans citizens of India, are the animals born here not Indians, if they are, why are they not being treated properly and why is there not strong punishment for those who harm them? I had written to you earlier as well, but the only response I got was 'Noted'.

Dear Prime minister, I would like to bring to your notice about the education schools and medical centers.I think that each ward should have Hi tech Government school and Hi tech medical centre for each ward members that is a real need to Indian youths. and sports is the other important issue in each ward.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आदर्श क्रेडिट को-ओप सोसायटी राजस्थान सिरोही से काम करने वाली सोसायटी थी जो 1994 से कार्यरत थी और 2004 से सम्पूर्ण भारत में 804 शाखा और 2 लाख कार्यकर्ता 22 लाख जमाकर्ताओं के साथ सुचारू रूप से कार्य कर रही थी समय पर ब्याज सहीत पैसे जमाकर्ताओं को मिला रहा था। 2018 के मध्य से इस आदर्श क्रेडिट को-ओप का काम एका एक बंद हो गया और 22 लाख जमाकर्ताओं का पैसा अटक गया है आज 2022 तक किसी जमाकर्ता को पूर्ण जानकारी नहीं मिल पा रही है, कहते है कि सरकार ने लिकूडेटर बिठा रखा है परन्तु जमाकर्ताओं को उनकी गाड़ी कमाई का जमा रकम कब मिलेगी यां मिलेगी की नही कुछ पता नहीं। धन्यवाद हरेश कुमार खुशहालानी 9425602757 म प्र भोपाल
