Dear prime minister first of all thank you so much for providing us this platform. Dear. Sir I have selected for GDS in postal department but sir there is an uncertainty towards our career. We works as a govt. Employee but we don't get any benefit of govt. Schemes . Sir it is important post we need to get fixation so that we can work without any uncertainty and can give our best Sir please give our kind notice towards it Thank you once again

dear sir, i have an idea to control traffic i.e divide the present road into two seperate lane 1.govt lane and 2.praivate lane there will be more traffic in praivate lane but less in govt lane so that govt vehical in govt lane can reach the destination early . people will attracted towards pubilc trasport so that of vehicals will be less traffic will be less pollution will be less

“शादी के समय के लेन-देन का पंजीकरण अनिवार्य किया जाए” :- शादी के दौरान जो भी खर्च होता है , उसे पंजीकृत किया जाए | देन लेन को इस बात की मुहर लगाई जाए की वो दान स्वरुप है या दहेज़ स्वरुप , और यदि दहेज़ स्वरुप लेन देन होता है तो शादी को तुरंत खारिज कर दोनों पक्षों में जो उसे दहेज़ में परिभाषित करता है उसे दहेज प्रतिषेध कानून के तहत तुरंत जेल भेजा जाए |

“तलाक़ के मुकदमों में हर सूरत में 6 महीने या अधिकतम एक साल में निस्तारण” :- “30 की उम्र का है जो खेल , 60 में खेल के होगा क्या” | गैंगस्टर फिल्म के एक गाने में लिखे ये बोल वास्तविक जीवन में भी बहुत महत्व रखते है | सालों साल चले तलाक़ के मुकदमों में फैसला चाहे जो हो साथ रहना तो असंभव हो ही जाता है पुनः नयी जिंदगी बसा पाना भी दूभर हो जाता है | न्यायालयों को चाहिए के तलाक़ के मुकदमें संभ्रांत लोगों के “Undertaking” में तुरंत निस्तारित करें |

क़ानून के दुरूपयोग की सख्त सजा महिलाओं को भी मिले” :- क़ानून एक सुरक्षा कवच है | ढाल को तलवार नहीं बनाया जा सकता | इसलिए क़ानून के दुरूपयोग का दंड लिंग भेद रहित हो | पुरुष हो या महिला , किसी को भी , कोई छूट नहीं मिले | यदि कोई दुरूपयोग करता है तो उनको उतनी ही सजा मिले जितनी की वो झूठ के दम पर विपक्षी को दिलाना चाह रहे है | इसमें न्यायपालिका , कार्यपालिका, शाशन एवं प्रशासन के पदाधिकारी भी शामिल हो |

“घरेलु हिंसा से पुरुषों का संरक्षण क़ानून की स्थापना” :- पुरुषों के लिए भी घरेलु हिंसा से निपटने के लिए कानून का गठन होना चाहिए| जिस प्रकार एक महिला के संरक्षण के लिए कानून है उसी प्रकार दुष्ट प्रवत्ति की महिलाओं से निपटने के लिए क़ानून का गठन होना चाहिए | ऐसा नहीं है की सिर्फ महिलाए प्रताड़ित हो रही है बल्कि पुरुष भी प्रताड़ित है | नेशनल क्राइम रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो (NCRB) के जारी किये गए आंकड़ो से ही इस दर्द की आख्या की जा सकती है|

“बच्चे का माँ और बाप दोनों पर बराबर का हक़” :- बच्चों के उज्जवल भविष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए , उनके भरण-पोषण की जिम्मेदारी माँ-बाप दोनों को बराबर मिले

Respected Sir, In accordance with your clean India project,I think polythene bags are major contributor of the garbage piles and flooded streets in India.Despite of the government steps to reduce use of polythene bags it is being used on a very large scale in every shops,homes parties,etc.I think considering the population of India it should be banned. Sometimes i am astonished by the way people use it throw it anywhere .I think it is a very serious threat to environment.

“घरेलु हिंसा, 498A IPC , 376(रेप) आदि धाराओं में संशोधन” :- मौजूदा हालात में दहेज़ क़ानून, घरेलु हिंसा , गुजारा भत्ता , आदि कानूनों का बेजा इस्तेमाल हो रहा है | इनके रोकथाम के लिए जरूरी कदम जिसमे इन कानूनों के दुरूपयोग यानी “Misuse” का भी प्रावधान रखा जाए | यहाँ तक की जहां जहां इन क़ानूनों में “Husband” या “Wife” लिखा है वहाँ “Spouse” शब्दों जैसा प्रयोग किया जाए | | वो भी इस तरह के पीड़ित लोगो को मुआवजा सरकार उसी प्रकार दे जिस प्रकार बेरोजगारी भत्ता दे रही है |
