Sir,, Indian Constitution - Fundamental Rights to be read out in Schools after Prayer everyday. Let all students memorize the Fundamental rights right from 6th standard in local languages. All the fundamental rights have to be debated by students freely without exams. This is practiced in Germany

ANNOUNCE 20 YEAR TRANSITION PLAN FROM CHEMICAL-BASED-AGRICULTURE TO POISON-FREE ORGANIC-AGRICULUTE : Its benefits are--(a) prevent leakage/loot of subsidies in chemical fertilizers/pesticides and increase financial capacity of government,(b) save people from diseases due to food items produced by chemical fertilizers/pesticides,(c)protect air/soil environment from further irreversible damages due to chemical based agriculture,(d)give employment to lakhs of youth in organic farming industry.

INTRODUCE TIMELINES IN ALL RULES/PROCEDURES IN ALL DEPARTMENTS WHERE CITIZEN & EMPLOYEE COME IN CONTACT instead of compulsory retirement of employees under FR56/Rule48(which will be abused causing disputes/litigation with no relief to citizens) Ask secretaries of central ministries to include timelines, for 'ease-of-business' & 'ease-of-living for farmers/workers/citizens'. If this timelines is violated,impose fines on employees on daily basis. This alone can check harassment and corruption.
