Subject :REQUST FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS AND SAFETY MEASURES REGARDING TO MOSPI SURVEY S. I Wish to highlight the lack of public awareness regarding surveys conducted by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, including the ongoing National I household ncome Survey. Due to limited awareness, survey officials are often mistaken for unauthorized individuals, leading to misbehavior and safety concerns for Junior Statistical Officers. I kindly request that awareness about these surveys be increased among the public. I would also suggest: Local bodies should inform citizens about ongoing surveys. A local representative s accompany to made mandatory to survey officials to ensure trust and safety. ( which is not mandatory at present)

There should be a fixed time limit to resolve maintenance (potagi)cases. The absence of any statutory limit has caused severe hardship to many innocent husbands. My brother‑in‑law is 52 years old and has been paying maintenance to his wife for over 20 years. She left the matrimonial home on her own and filed a maintenance case to support her lifestyle, yet the matter remains unresolved after two decades. His life is advancing towards old age, but he continues to suffer financially, mentally, and emotionally due to endless litigation Further, the wife is capable of earning and is presently employed, and is allegedly in a live‑in relationship, yet continues to receive maintenance. This defeats the true purpose of maintenance laws, which are meant for genuinely dependent spouses My brother‑in‑law resides in Pune, while the wife lives in Aurangabad, requiring him to travel frequently for court hearings, adding to his hardship I respectfully seek urgent guidance or intervention to bring

I wish to share a few concerns as a citizen of India. First, India’s rapidly growing population is putting pressure on resources, education, and employment. Stronger awareness on responsible parenthood and family planning is necessary. Limitation on number of Childs per family. Second, crimes like rape must face zero tolerance. Fast‑track justice and strict punishment are essential to deter such heinous acts and protect women’s safety and dignity. Third, any form of deception, coercion, or forced conversion in relationships or marriage must be dealt with very strictly, irrespective of religion or background. Such acts should invite severe punishment under the law. Lastly, India can benefit by adopting small but impactful practices from other nations such as cleanliness, civic discipline, and respect for public spaces to improve overall quality of life. --- If we implement these important points, I believe we will have great nation.
