The post office server is unreliable. Network Down problem hampers operations quite frequently. The person takes leave for renewal of NSC or some other saving instrument but when he reaches post office then he comes to know that server is down and he will have to come some other day. Please improve server up time to save time of customers.

My view to improve the accuracy of the DHRUVA is as follows: 1.I think there should be small digital devices embedded near every single building or an entire small street together which sends signals to the delivery person about exact directions using DHRUVA of each building which can guide any delivery to the right location. 2.in case if the building no longer exists then the specifics should be updated at the local government body or should be made accessible online to remove it.

In today’s digital and service-driven environment, the role of the Post Office has expanded far beyond traditional mail delivery. Therefore, it is important that the amended Act clearly addresses modernization, service efficiency, digital integration, and citizen-centric delivery while safeguarding data privacy and ensuring accountability. I respectfully suggest that the amendments focus on: Strengthening data protection and user privacy Improving service quality, transparency, and grievance redressal Enabling technology-driven and financially sustainable postal services Clearly defining powers and responsibilities to avoid misuse or ambiguity

पोस्ट ऑफिस एक्ट 2023 संशोधन प्रस्ताव पर मेरा सुझाव ग्रामीण विकास और महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण के लिए उत्कृष्ट है। 1. ग्राम सभा/पंचायत स्तर पर डाकघर स्थापना प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत/ग्राम सभा में डाकघर अनिवार्य रूप से स्थापित किया जाए। लाभ: अंतिम छोर तक डाक, बचत खाता, पेंशन वितरण, ई-कॉमर्स पार्सल सेवाएं उपलब्ध। कार्यान्वयन: स्थानीय ग्राम सेवक/पंचायत सचिव को डाकघर प्रभारी नियुक्ति। 2. डिजिटल बैंकिंग एवं डेबिट कार्ड सुविधा भारत पोस्ट पेमेंट्स बैंक (IPPB) के माध्यम से प्रत्येक ग्राहक को डेबिट कार्ड निर्गम। डिजिटल वॉलेट (PPIs) के साथ UPI-QR आधारित लेन-देन सुविधा। लाभ: ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कैशलेस अर्थव्यवस्था, डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (DBT) में पारदर्शिता। 3. आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं का डाकघर सशक्तिकरण आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं को डाकघर मित्र के रूप में प्रशिक्षण सेवाएं: बचत खाता खोलना, पेंशन वितरण, बीमा प्रीमियम संग्रह। लाभ: 14 लाख आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं के माध्यम से 6 करोड़ महिलाओं तक डाक सेवाएं, आर्थिक स्वावलंबन।
