1. Anchor rules in RPwD Act 2016 (Sec 40–46) + SC orders; issue BIS QCOs. 2. Use exact standards – IS 17802, GIGW 3.0, NBC/Harmonised, IS 15330. 3. Set measurable criteria (font ≥12pt, Braille ≥0.5mm, contrast ≥4.5:1, torque limits). 4. Ensure Hindi + local language + English, offline/IVRS/USSD support, rural-ready power backup. 5. Launch Accessible-Ready mark, enforce via procurement, publish dashboards. 6. Integrate grievance with 1915/CPGRAMS, 30-day SLA. 7. Give GST relief + MSME support for accessible design.

My name is Saurabh Bansal. I suggest India should start specialized engineering programs designed for product-based companies and deep-tech startups. These courses must combine engineering with business management, economics, and awareness of government schemes for entrepreneurs. Students should also learn about R&D and its importance, so innovation becomes part of our culture. Currently, IIT students gain technical knowledge but need IIM for business, which has little focus on science, resulting in few scientific startups. Countries like Japan, South Korea, China, and Taiwan have built global giants like TSMC, Samsung, Toyota, Sony, Xiaomi, and BYD by integrating R&D and entrepreneurship. India must also encourage more science-based movies like Robot 2.0 to inspire youth, rather than mostly romantic movies, focus should be on science olympiad also by this we can nurture good product based companies or deep tech startup and also popularizing R&D,Science,Inventions, among youth

Suggestion for Strengthening India’s Deep-Tech & Innovation Ecosystem Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Saurabh Bansal, and I would like to humbly share a suggestion to strengthen India’s innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem. I believe India should start specialized engineering programs that are designed to prepare students for product-based companies and deep-tech startups. These programs can combine technical subjects with business management, economics, and awareness of government schemes related to entrepreneurship, so that students graduate with both scientific knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. Currently, many students pursue engineering at IITs and later join IIMs for business knowledge, but there is no integration of science and business education in one place. This gap often prevents the creation of scientific startups in India. Countries like Japan,South Korea, China,Taiwan created companies like Samsung, Hyundai, LG,xoami, Sony, tsmc by encouraging R&D,and we need R&D
