1. Integration with Formal Education

4. Ensuring Quality and Standardization
To maintain consistency and impact, the policy promotes national standards for skilling programs. A National Skill Development Monitoring Board is proposed to oversee

Policy should have a mandatory promotion/awareness method like Schools, Colleges, local educational clubs conduct an awarness programs yearly.
Policy should focus on easy access for skill development and enturpurnership programs.
Policy should have less/easy processing time.
Policy should be self updated based on the current demanding skills and global focus.
Policy should have surveillance method to know the stauts of the benefiters to improve efficiency of the policy in future.
To create more enturpurners education system should be reformed since the current system greatly focus on memory based knowledge which only helps in generating ideas but to generate enturpurners it would need proper skills/creative knowledge/communication/capital support to convert any idea into a product to sell.

Education is the base for for our thinking and developing innovative ideas and Innovations .Right Education gives us right thoughts that become Innovations and skills .Let us have our own Education but not colonial Education.Innovations can't solve our problems we must practice and implement them with out any delay . Delayed action kills but not protect . we need Education reforms for Innovations skills development and entrepreneurship .policy is the base for development .Government should protect our ancestors Cultural heritage and bring new knowledge to life.we should consider negative Gibbs free energy is the necessary and sufficient condition for constructing second kind of perpetual motion machines with inexhaustible Atmosphere as a source and permanent vacuum as sink. Nature wheels machine theorem: If Nature forces become source input and less intensity areas sink are arranged in a machine then nature forces act on it and make it as a Perpetual motion machine. It is good skill.

Skill development can be double successful if it is a combined effort of both Central and State governments. Currently central schemes like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY),Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS),National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS),Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) are highly centralized with zero state government involvement. Similarly state governments are running duplicate schemes at state level. Why not combine the efforts of Central and State governments and make the four schemes (PMKVY,JSS,NAPS,CTS) a Centrally Sponsored Scheme?
