Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has undertaken an exercise for review and revision of the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015. This has been necessitated considering rapid transformation in technology, emerging market requirements, changing global scenario, and evolving skilling and entrepreneurship landscape.

A draft of the National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2025 has been prepared that aims to provide a comprehensive framework for all skilling and entrepreneurship activities being carried out in the country, and to align them with the national priorities. The aspirations underlining the draft national policy are: scale, quality and inclusion. For realization of these aspirations, key principles, thrusts and enablers have also been indicated. The draft national policy also seeks to establish clarity, coherence and convergence for skill development and entrepreneurship promotion efforts across the country. It also seeks to link skill development and entrepreneurship promotion to the improved employability and productivity outcomes.

To ensure that the revised National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2025 is aligned with current and emerging requirements, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov invites inputs/suggestions from general public as well as researchers, startups, civil society, and domain experts.

Your suggestions on the draft policy will help in shaping and sharpening the policy prescriptions along with the key deliverables.

plastics are more common waste as disposal not recovery from ecosystem and destroy in ecosystem balance .every thing we produce to market no plastic use campaign substitute by metal cans, paper,wooden ,or jute like substance where it's not harm for animal , microplastics are only going towards our body , emerge into system no one can destroy them so if govt not taking action now, nineteen century not using plastics , how they buy anything from market, company doesn't take responsibility after its produce, so it's banned at first stage, not recycling stage, recycling stage exist only for present time floating around plastics, why we do not make stop things how we will recover if it is not stop, 2 micro mm plastic use it's hilarious idea,we just remove our own efforts convincing we take responsibility, invention goes on such as algae based, jute fibre based promote this product in every aspect of daily life use,get rid of plastic biodiversity can't accept like this irreplaceable objects

Central Govt should take control of Basic Education and Basic Health of each Indian citizen. i.e. Education till 5th and daily OPD treatment and medicine must subsidize made free for healthy and educated future generation. Ensure the number of seats available in school to match the birth rate in that city village district . Please take off the control from private players. They are stealing the buying powers capacity from low income families.

The policy should encourage sector-specific skill development (e.g., biotech, retail, energy) along with startup incubation support at the college level. Introducing certified internships, real-world business simulations, and modules on inventory, digitalization, and customer behavior can make youth industry-ready. A centralized portal offering free/low-cost digital certifications, especially for rural youth, will further improve access. "Requesting a proposal for skill development" Aap ise poori sentence mein bhi istemal kar sakte hain, jaise: Formal Version: "I would like to request a proposal for skill development programs." Casual Version: "I'm looking for suggestions or a proposal regarding skill development." Agar aap kisi specific skill ya field ke liye tajaviz mang rahe hain, toh woh bhi add kar sakte hain. Bataiye toh sahi!
