India is proud to host the AI Impact Summit 2026, a landmark global event announced by the Hon’ble Prime Minister at the France AI Action Summit. Building on the momentum of Bletchley Park, Seoul, and Paris, the Summit will mark a strategic shift, from action to measurable impact, in global AI cooperation.

The Summit envisions a future where AI delivers real impact, advancing inclusive growth, social development, and a healthier planet. It aims to ensure that AI innovation and governance reflect the diverse realities, languages, and development priorities of both emerging and advanced economies.

Bringing together governments, industry leaders, researchers, startups, civil society, and international organizations, the Summit will chart a shared vision for harnessing AI responsibly, for good, and for all. The Summit will help bridge the AI divide and enable all communities, especially in the developing world, to shape and benefit from the future of AI.

To ensure the Summit is grounded in public priorities and stakeholder insight, the Government of India invites inputs from citizens, students, researchers, startups, civil society, and domain experts. Your feedback will help shape the themes, focus areas, and key deliverables of the Summit.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), through IndiaAI (an independent Business Division under the Digital India Corporation), in collaboration with MyGov, is inviting inputs to help shape the discourse, themes, and outcomes of the AI Impact Summit 2026. Your views will ensure the Summit reflects national and international priorities and delivers meaningful, inclusive, and actionable outcomes.

Please provide your suggestions and inputs below regarding the AI Impact Summit and its themes, outcomes, priorities, and more

AI special care needs to be taken before implementation policy , AI is the future in which we put impact and behaviour, culture, tradition. 1. introduce bharatiya iconic name ,Ram, krishna to operate the system by voice recognition.( like alexa, india in Indian name) 2. all feeds are approved to maintain balance and safeguards India's interest culture. 3. sector AI helpful, education, doctor, this sector outcome will be good and transparent. 4. AI if it curtails unemployment necessary fix to combine efforts.

*Saathi AI*is a human-like, emotionally intelligent voice companion designed for children and elderly people, especially when caregivers are away& engages users through friendly, natural conversations in multiple languages, offering reminders for meals, medicines, routines, while also providing emotional support based on the user’s mood.this AI reduces loneliness with stories, songs, and calming talks that promote healthy habits and mental well-being.A key feature is its integration with online delivery services for medicines, surgical items, injections, ambulance calls, and first-aid supplies. It includes SOS functions for emergency alerts to relatives, police,or fire services.Parents and caregivers can record personal voice messages, which Saathi plays as reminders & also protects children from mobile and social media addiction by offering a safe, screen-free alternative that prevents exposure to harmful content.Through an app dashboard with alerts & emotional reports caregivers stay informed.

*Saathi AI* is a voice-only, emotionally intelligent companion for children and the elderly. Without a screen or face, it exists as a warm, invisible friend — always listening, always caring. For children aged 4 to 14 who spend time alone, it tells stories, sings rhymes, reminds them to eat, study, or rest, and offers comfort when they feel scared or sad.For elders over 60, Saathi AI gives gentle reminders for medicine, meals, bhajans, or walks, and checks in on their emotional well-being. If it senses sadness or silence, it speaks gently and can notify caregivers. It speaks Hindi, Bengali, and English in a friendly, informal tone. Key features include emotion-aware conversation, routine reminders, music, offline support, and birthday messages.A small speaker-mic device connects to a caregiver app with wellness updates. With encrypted voice data and no default camera,it can be a substitute of a doc/health professional.Sathi AI ensures safety and trust.softly says: tum kbhi akele nahi ho.*

As a 12th-grade student passionate about technology and the future of India, I believe the AI Impact Summit 2026 should focus on how AI can empower students, youth, and rural communities. Education should be a key priority—AI can help personalize learning, translate content into regional languages, and improve access in remote areas. The summit should also promote ethical and responsible AI, ensuring fairness, safety, and transparency. I would love to see initiatives like AI fellowships for students, open-source Indian language models, and youth-led innovation challenges. There should be sessions on future jobs, AI skills, and how students can prepare. Also, AI can be a tool for solving big problems—like climate change, healthcare, and making governance smarter. India has the talent and vision to lead globally in inclusive and ethical AI. As a student, I hope this summit lights the way for a future where AI works for everyone, not just a few. Thank you Ananya Singhal
