Cities and town planning should have mandatory provision to grow trees- demarcated space in every building. We should start working on projects which will help work life balance - 4 day work patterns. All working environments should shift from 6 day working to 5 day working and to 42 hrs maximum working hours in a week. Work from home where ever possible , atleast 2 days in a week out of the 5 day working. This will help in controlling pollution and tarffic. We should start having provisions for people to live close to work places within 3kms. This will help in reducing travel times and spend more time with families or utilise the saved time for more purposeful things.
