Gold purchase/investment is an often and emotional activity among all the classes across the country. Can there be provision in tax slab to provide a lump-sum rebate in tax against if the gold is purchased through a regularised vendor or companies. This would be an win- win situation for everybody as there will be more transparency in transaction and more people will opt for purchases with regularised vendors

Only if the cities are planned and built will the normal life of the city people return quickly during natural calamities. The central government should create a new system to help the state governments & local bodies in city planning. We have planned and built cities thousands of years ago. But we are struggling to improve the urban environment today. States do not have the capacity to create new cities and for revenue they merge villages and create or enlarge cities. As a result, cities have developed without planning.  The central government should create a system and help shape the cities. Similarly, special schemes should be created for the benefit of the people and businessmen affected by the infrastructure projects and help establish livelihoods and residences. Government should make plans for affected parties while implementing infrastructure projects for development. A new policy should be developed to implement infrastructure projects like roads in protected forest areas

As a part of viksit bharat, Shipping sector must gets valuable inputs in budget. Like infrastructure status to entire shipping sector and Maritime development fund and extra measures to uplift the sector. Because india not even 1% in world shipping share and depending on foreign ships causes loss of billon dollars to India exchequer. India becomes super power when shipping sector also performs very well with other sectors. My request to FM garu is to consider the above suggestions for budget 2025-26.

Please amend Deemed to Universities bill to provide 20% seats in Medical and Engineering colleges for Merit Students only through NEET exam on merit badis.

Special funds should be allocated for the Prime Minister's Hill Village Infrastructure Development Scheme. Road and telecommunication services will improve in hill villages. This government has provided electricity connection to all the villages. Such a situation should be created that there is no road connection in the village. The Panchayat Act should be amended to facilitate this scheme. "Mini Panchayat" should be formed. A certain number of population is required to get panchayat status. Hill villages could not get such population and could not get central government road projects. Villages below the population for panchayat status should be given mini panchayat status. The creation of mini panchayats will be the administrative reform that took place after independence. Through this many villages will get gram panchayat status. Infrastructural facilities should be improved in the villages in the border areas of the states.

THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE OF PAY IN NATIONAL SPORT HOCKEY. 4. FOR LONG TERM DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE REMOVE L1 (LEAST ONE) AWARDING CONTRACTS, SHOULD BE GIVEN TO HIGHEST BIDER WITH ACCOUNTABILITY. My view

I would like to suggest that in cases where individuals do not have children or direct heirs after their passing, the government could consider taking ownership of their property. Alternatively, an increased tax could be applied to such estates to ensure that these assets are put to better use for the community. This approach might help in addressing property distribution and taxation in these specific cases.
