Focus: Affordable housing schemes, increased allocation for urban development, and tax relief for homebuyers. Investment Ideas: Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs): REITs provide exposure to commercial real estate without needing to own property. Housing Stocks: Companies in construction, cement, and homebuilding, such as DLF, Oberoi Realty, or Maruti Suzuki (for affordable cars).

1. Government should introduce Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) like mechanism for the sell and purchase of properties (lands, buildings, etc.) also. As of now, sell and purchase of Securities (Shares, Bonds, etc.) are done through the ASBA mechanism. The ASBA mechanism is probably the most convenient way of sell and purchase. Non-availability of ASBA like mechanism in the sell and purchase of properties leads to rampant corruption and consequently court cases. So, please put in place an ASBA like mechanism in the sell and purchase of properties for the betterment of the common people, the government machinery and the entire country.
