RESPECTED SIR, WE HAVE ONE SUGGESTION FOR INCREASE IN TAX PAYERS BASE. THEY SHOULD BE BENEFITED BY WAY OF MONETARY RETIREMENT BENEFITS ON THE BASES OF TAX PAID THEN THERE WILL BE WIDEN THE TAX PAYERS. SECONDLY IT IS REGRET TO SAY THAT THERE IS A HUGE CORRUPTIONS UNDER GST, NO BODY IS DARE TO COME FORWARD. THEREFORE IT IS NEED TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM AS PER INCOME TAX ACT FOR CURTAIL THE CORRUPTIONS.

2)All citizens with Gross income above tax exemption limit shall remit such percentage not less than 10% as TDS and if they have no tax after the financial year or excess tax paid shall get refund by filing tax return which will increase the tax filing in future. Department of Expenditure- 1)Officers working under CGA attached to various central Government offices are working alone outside their own department.So it is desired to have Offices in the cadre of joint controller General of Accounts in every state to sanction all expenditure of central departments located in the state including Railway,Defence and other departments as to Principal Account General offices located in states.

) LIC shall be allowed to do non life insurance and all 4 public sector non life insurance companies shall be merged and allowed to do life insurance business,so that Insurance companies do all types of business,if possible agriculture insurance as priority sector. 5) Pension regulator PFRDA shall do pension schemes UPS,NPS and all other pension schemes.If Private sector Employer and Employee together pay Contribution equal to UPS their pension may be increased according to pension corpus of employees. .Pension regulator under Labour ministry EPFO and pension regulator under finance ministry PFRDA shall be merged.so that single regulator for pensions, Department of Revenue- 1)Applicability of income tax exemption under section 80P for non agricultural business profit of cooperatives shall be defined by amendments.

The following suggestions regarding the departments under finance ministry and other ministries submitted for Budget 2025-26. Department of financial services- 1)As previous bank mergers benefitted banks and turned to profit at a stretch Uco bank,Indian overseas bank,Bank of India,Bank of Maharashtra,Central bank of India and Punjab and Sindh bank shall be merged with the already merged strong banks. 2)Government of India may consider diluting shares of central Government and sponsored banks in Regional rural banks with following options. a)Merger with sponsored banks and rationalisation of branches. b)Converting as primary cooperative banks by giving shares to members. c)Allow private sector banks to buy shares of central Government and sponsored banks. 3)Strict norms for cooperative sector to name as banks and cooperative banks functioning without Banking license from RBI shall be penalised for violation of section 7 of Banking regulation Act.

RESPECTED SIR, I HAVE TO SUGGEST THAT THE SMALLAND MEDIUM TAX PAYERS SHOULD GET SOME MONETARY BENEFITS AT THE TIME OF RETIREMENT ON THE BASES OF TAX PAID SO FAR. WHICH WILL BOOST THE TAX PAYERS DIVERSOFICATION. FURTHER THERE IS HUGE CORRUPTION UNDER GST NO BODY IS DARE TO COME FORWARD THEREFORE AS PER INCOME TAX A SYSTEM IS TO BE DEVELOPED TO CURTAIL THE CORRUPITION.

Under New regime Increase i) Basic exemption limit to Rs. 400000/-. ii) Standard deduction to Rs.100000/-.iii) LTCG tax Rs. 400000/- Introduce Sec 80C exclusively for NPS term insurance for Rs. 150000/-. Sec 80D for senior citizens Rs. 100000/- and Sec 80TB interest income Rs. 200000/-
