Appeal/suggestions from Tax Payer 1. Salaried Class: Salaried class is paying income tax like EMI of Housing loan. Finance Ministry should take some steps to encourage tax payer like free Health care policy, non monetary benefit, pension etc. Tax payment should be compulsory not responsibility of few citizens whose salary income or other income is visible in your portal. 2. EPFO Higher Pension; Higher pension should be implemented immediately for salaried class, as govt is getting 60% of the Direct Tax collection from individual tax payer. 3. TDS Recovery: Any expenditure shown by Firms/company etc should be allowed subject to recover of TDS @ 0.1% like 194Q to increase tax collection from Firms/company. 4. Retirement Home: Govt. should encourage builders to built retirement home for 60 plus citizen, so that they can live happily instead of struggling with their children’s after retirement. .
