Key words: Road/Public/Transport Forming a new ‘Dept of Public Mobility ’ under MoRTH, with an eminent transportation professional or an IAS officer who is passionate of PT and understands its intricacies. We need to arrest India’s growth towards a private vehicle (2/4W) country to a more sustainable Public Transport dependent country. India is witnessing a huge decreasing trend in terms of number of operating PT buses and PT mode share. DoPM will be an exclusive Dept to coordinate with state transport Depts to augment the PT system into a truly integrated network. Budget may provision one time financial assistance to State Transport Undertakings, presently operated under the outdated RTC Act 1952 to Companies Act and State Govts willing to offer more than 75% shares to Public, as a mean to raise capital for modernisation.

Dear Ministry of Finance, Subject : Minimum 25% Dividend on earing per share to be made mandatory on every listed company. Dear Sir / Madam, If mandatory 25% dividend of earning per share is made it will increase retail investors revenue which will increase there spendings in retail market. Promotors of the companies will be encouraged to reinvest the dividend earned which will fuel the economy and generate more jobs with new ventures or expansion of new venture. Existing new venture should be considered as venture started in last three years and can be funded by promoter for next five years from dividend earned. Which will give tax exemption to the promoter. Retail investors or Company Promotors can reinvest the dividend earn in MSME Bond issued by GOI or Banks with a lock in period of three years with interest rate of 5% which make its dividend earning per share tax free. This fund raised by MSME bond should further fund MSME at special interest rate of 7.5%.

Dear Ministry of Finance, Subject : Minimum 25% Dividend on earing per share to be made mandatory on every listed company. Dear Sir / Madam, As individual and retail investments in equity market has increased it is necessary that a assured return on equity is secured legally by making minimum 25% divdend of earning per share (EPS) . As per the regulations every listed company needs to have 25% public participating on listed share similarly 25% Dividend on earning per share should be mandatory. As dividend is taxable it further improves direct tax collection. Investment in Mutual funds and SIP by small retail investors will have better returns. Most importantly is the promoters of the companies who will get the highest dividend and it will be taxable. At the same time reinvestment of Dividend in new venture or expansion of venture or reinvestment in MSME bond issued by GOI or Banks will have tax exemption. Bond will fund MSME at special interest rate of 7.5%.

Namaste Prime Minister Modi ji I humbly request you to consider higher pension for retired teachers. We worked as teachers more than thirty years but our pension is not even 3000 per month. Govt teachers are getting but those who worked in private and management schools are very less paid.

Dear Sir I humbly request you to introduce a comprehensive health insurance scheme tailored for postal employees across India. This initiative would recognize the invaluable service postal workers provide to the nation, ensuring they and their families have access to necessary medical care without financial strain. Currently, postal employees do not have access to a centralized, comprehensive health insurance plan. While some benefits exist through schemes like Postal Life Insurance (PLI), these do not cover the broad spectrum of health needs that a dedicated health insurance program would.Postal workers are exposed to various occupational health hazards including long hours, exposure to weather elements, and the physical demands of the job, which can lead to health issues over time. Without proper health insurance, employees often face significant out-of-pocket expenses for medical treatments, which can be particularly challenging given the wage structure of many employees.
