Hon. Finance Minister Smt. Sitaramnaji --- Our citizen of India are now enough matured , I strongly suggest that put income tax strait in percentage including Cess and surcharges. Suppose income tax is 30 % + 4 % Cess + 2 % surcharge. So net effect is 31.82 % , So without loosing revenue of single paisa , strait way declered in budget 31.82 % instead of 30 % + 4 % + 2 %. This way calculation of income tax will be simple. also saving of paper. and even common people can count their tax liability

The proposed Indian budget should prioritize strategic investments to boost 1) domestic manufacturing, 2) attract foreign investment, and 3) improve infrastructure. Key initiatives include expanding the PLI scheme with specific product targets and performance benchmarks, introducing infrastructure development bonds, upgrading Skill India with industry-aligned training, streamlining regulations with measurable timelines, creating a trade facilitation fund for strategic FTAs, launching a targeted global brand campaign, establishing a national R&D fund with clear selection criteria, incentivizing green manufacturing practices, and developing a regional trade facilitation program. Crucially, the budget must detail financial allocations, implementation timelines, performance indicators, and robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability, ultimately achieving measurable improvements in manufacturing competitiveness and economic growth.
