It is only increasing the gap among people and even costing the economy of country

If a person has completed 15-20 years of business/service/job and wants to complete Studies (Graduation/Post-Graduation) then it should be allowed in a YEAR SPAN. This will help citizens to get a rise in income (business/service/job) for their capabilities.

Census should be done digitally like what Govt has done for COWIN. Add Education, PAN et as mandatory and based on this data you can provide assistance to Citizen if they required.

All Govt Schemes and their beneficiaries should be made available on a single portal/app so no middlemen is required and rural public though they don't know how to apply can take benefit of the scheme on their own using Mobile App. Use Aadhaar for the same.

New Education Policy should make free children from School Home work and they should join Nation Building Tasks as a Home work. Life Saving/Monopoly/Rare Medicine should get cheaper price in Rural area (Cheaper means Cost + Profit to sustain). Aadhaar Card should be mandatory while visiting all Govt Offices and if possible private offices, this will help India in long run. RED Signal time should be reduced to 60 seconds and you will find no one will break the Signal.

Sir, The WHISTLE BLOWER’S PROTECTION ACT was enacted to encourage the people to give information to prevent losses to the government. But in practice most of the government organizations (including P.M.O) do not take action, conceal the identity of the informer, convey the outcome and also to protect, as per the act. As a result, Governments continue to incur losses and the informers are subjected to extreme sufferings. I request the P.M to assure people that immediate action will be taken.

I think honourable prime minister should address the issue of Make in India. He should motivate people to take a step towards learning the skills of making international goods in our market. Also For students he should take up the theme of right path in life.
