Hello Sir, As we have the lot of young talent in our country. And they have to deal with lack of opportunities and unemployment issues. Read about ad hoc and additional judges(many post for retired judges). My suggestion is to reduce the age of retirement to 60 for every department including for judges and teachers and let the new youth get that opportunities to do good in their life. Youth required that job more than the one who is in service for more than atleast 25 years..
