I would like to have a independent appraisal body for performance appraisal of group c and group d employees in railways, particularly in technical department such as electrical and coaching .So that the benefits of over time allowance cannot become a right of employees who score low on technical knowledge required for daya to day activities.

An eye for eye only ends up making the whole world blind. In a gentle way, you can shake the world. Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will. 2 of 7 Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. Where there is love there is life. http://www.libratherm.com/

Mahatma Gandhi has been a very special human being in our life. I believe in Mahatma's Philosophy. I have been practicing handling life with getting anger. My friends often call me Siku the cold ice. I am going to keep fast and influence ten more friends to remember Mahatma Gandhiji and follow the path he had shown us. Love can settle biggest to biggest problem.
