The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), through its letter dated 13th August 2018, informed that based on the TRAI recommendations dated 12th May 2014 on 'Provisioning of INMARSAT Satellite Phone Services', M/s BSNL has been granted a service license dated 25th August 2014 for 'Provision and Operation of Satellite based services using gateway installed in India' under "Sui-generis" category by DoT. Presently, the annual spectrum charges for the Gateway and user terminals are levied on formula basis (proportional to the number of terminals and frequency bandwidth used). M/s BSNL has been requesting to change the present methodology of spectrum charging from formula based to Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) based for provision of this service in line with the commercial VSAT service. Therefore, DoT requested TRAI to provide its recommendations on the method of levy of annual spectrum charges as per the provision under section 11(1) of TRAI Act 1997 as amended.

In view of the above, Consultation Paper on "Methodology for levy of Spectrum Charges for provision of Satellite based Services using Gateway installed in India under 'sui-generis' category" has been released on 10th October 2018 to discuss the issues involved and possible solutions.

Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 31st October 2018 and counter-comments by 8th November 2018.

हमारा घरकुल का स्वप्न अधुरा रह गया है मोदी साहेब तुम्हारी बजेसे, 2011 साल मैं घरकुल आया था काँग्रेस थी तब उतरा खंड मैं जब पुर आया तब महाराष्ट्र के जितने भी घरकुल आया थे उसका निधी उतरा खंड मैं दिया गया था फिर नया सरकार आई भाजप सरकार उसने फिर नई घरकुल योजना को नाम दिया प्रधान मंत्री आवास योजना इसने नई यादी जाहीर कर दिई और हमारा सपणा अधुरा रह गया. हमारे आई का नाम:- सुमन सुखदेव इंगळे रा.मारापुर ता.मंगळवेढा जि.सोलापूर मैं उसका मुलगा:- तुषार सुखदेव इंगळे मो. 9665911793 हमारी यह बिनती है.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मप्र में सिंगरौली जिला भयावह प्रदूषण से ग्रसित हो गया है क्योंकि यह बिजली उत्पादन की 10 परियोजनए काम कर रही है जसके लिए कोयले का प्रचुर दोहन हो रहा है। हालात भयावह स्थिति में ले जा रहे है ।उस ओर आपका द्वयं खीचना चाहता हु की कुछ कीजिये वरना देर जो जाएगी।

सर,मैं उत्तराखंड के बारे में कुछ कहना चाहता हूँ। राज्य सरकार ने ट्रांसफर एक्ट बनाया था। 20/25सालों से दुर्गम में तैनात शिक्षको को अपने इच्छित स्थान पर जाने की उम्मीद जगी थी,परंतु राज्य सरकार में कुछ स्वार्थी तत्वों नेअपने चहेतों को बचाने के लिए दुर्गम के शिक्षकों के साथ छल किया और उत्तराखंड के 80%शिक्षको के साथ अन्याय किया, और अपना विरोधी बना लिया। मुझे तो डर है कि 2019 में हमे मनवांछित परिणाम देखने को न मिले

BSNL अच्छा काम कर सकती है पर कमॅचारी अगर अच्छे हो आप BSNL रीचार्ज या बील भरने जाते है कमॅचारी को कम्प्यूटर चलाना आता नही रीचार्ज करने मे 5 मिनट लगाता है कमॅचारी यो को प्रशिक्षण दीया जाय और नये बच्चो जो कम्प्युटर के जानकार है और BSNL के पालन को सही तरह समझा ने वाले हो और नेट और पोस्ट पेड के दाम कम कीये जाय bsnl कोई सुधार ने की जरूरत है ईन के कमॅचारी ही बर्बाद कर रहे है जवाब बराबर देते नही ईस पर ध्यान दिया जाय

जल है तो कल है गाओ गाओ का नारा है पानी बचाओ काम हमारा है ।जल हमारी जान है इस से हमारी जीवन की पहचान है ।मेने तो अब खाई कसम जल बचाऊगा सुबह और साम आऔ मिलकर कुछ करे लोगो को जल बचाने की कसमे दे । ओमप्रकाश सोनारे 9165936852 मध्यपृदेश भोपाल

respected prime minister..it is for your kind information that i retired as os commercial from delhi division northern on 31/5/2003 my revised ppo is still due whereas department of pension/ pension welfare has directed all the central govt offices nd railway offices in the year 2016 the revised of all the retired employees within six months from the date of issue of letter in july 2016 but my revised ppo has not been recieved yet.kindly direct the departmnt expedite.
