Sir, I heartly appreciate this initiative.I have two suggestions regarding this bill. 1. There should be 2 or 3 stages of interview for the candidates applying for these courses, just to make sure they are not criminal minded. So, that the precious knowledege can't be misused. 2.Please keep the recruitment and promotion of staffs and the admissions of students reservation free and purely on merit. So that we get only deserving candidates and fit it on the INDIA FIRST equation.

Only well meaning and serious candidates to be screened and selected by helding proper written and viva exams to avoid favouratism or granting admissions to only selected lots to make good will around . Only serious candidates needs to take admission and later utilised well to contribute to their area of interest also to boost national interest in the defence area. It should not just become degree availing centre to say.It should be made to reap the dividends in the organisational interest

In my views , International studies & Political Science should be included as well for PhD . This is the demand of the time as our soldiers are getting enough opportunities to go on various assignments to foreign countries. This will help us to understand the drawbacks of our country and advancement of other nations. It will not only help us to see our grey areas but also give us enough ideas to plan and execute them for the progress in the defence forces. Must pick up best deal.

Sir 2 years passed since Modi sarkar started functioning. Congrats. One thing I would like to point out regarding respected Sri Vajpayee govt was that it stressed on India shining but at grassroots people did not see much change. I want to see many more terms of Modi sarkar and that is when visible changes come. But for within the first term a low hanging fruit that can be set right where people see change is electricity 24/7 electricity is something where people will see a difference
