Because the present process of reporting a fraud/corruption is so shameful and demotivating for the Defence personnel that the senior officers lobby starts harassing the complaint, in spite of all right proof. And the process ends with the suicide or dismissal or depromotion of the complaint. Thus know the fact and make some rule and act to remove such corruption from Defence where the Defence personnel get demoralised but no agency come to know.

The cases of corruption and frauds have increased in Defence by higher authorities where senior officers have been found involved, but no action is being taken against those corrupt officers by senior officers lobby. The only investigation or action have been taken where directly CVC, CBI or Defence ministry is involved and given order for enquiry. First there should be a act under which the fraud/corruption of Defence may be reported to a civil investigating agency.

Ir will be an excellent endeavour not only for the nation but for a collaborative work with other world defense institute. The growing decline in love n affection towards own nation due to wasted interests of dividing forces needs to be addressed and short term compulsory training programs at high school and college levels will certainly help in the multidimensional positive growth of our youth, better understanding of their responsibilities towards country & society & making them a good human.

An creative examination should be conducted by there defence univercity to select highly creative student from any level of education . Like an idea from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was that our Brahmos should be developed that it will deliver attack bomb to target with supersonic speed and return to its base .This a great idea. Isn't it .

Indians are still living in the old world: B.A; M.A, B.com;M.com,B.Sc; MSc, doctor, engineer, Phd, now a days- MBA THAT"S ALL.They don't know anything else, and they DON't want to know anything additional. Defence academic education must be planned, put on test with pilot projects, and then execute it.
