In retrofitting area, there should be below services: 1) Pollution Free area 2) Free Wifi connectivity 3) Designated lanes for cycling 4) More open spaces with green patches i.e.25% of all land used for development should be reserved for the said purpose 5) Solar Power compulsory 6) Rain water harvesting compulsory 7) All public walls to have morals depicting important history of our culture 8) CCTV all around 9) Better provisions and lifestyle for public servants etc.
