2. Redevelopment - Replacement of the existing built-up of 50 Acres
3. Greenfield - Innovative planning, financing and implementation tools on vacant land of 250 Acres

"Also one good suggestion that i forgot in my last post is construction and maintenance of multistorey parking structures would be a very good idea. Most residents park tgeir vehicles on road as there is space issue everywhere. Am sure people will pay maintenance fees as well if they get place to park"

According to me these are the main problems and solutions these are as follows :- 1) waste water management => as china is doing recycling waste water and making it drinkable and that waste water are released from washrooms and other dirty places and they are recycling it this much pure that we can't find any microscopic being in it.2) and we can use smuggled bear to run public transports like trains,buses e.t.c .that will be very efficent way to turn eco friendly this will also reduce pollution

The king ofriver city allahabad city is famous other than cities in INDIA, but due to the some reasons the city's image is just going down. SO i am requesting to all the citizen of allahabadl to improve our city , please keep your partnership ensure..I am also thanking to all the agencies who are contributing for our city's development. I will pray to GOD that we will get the high performance result to making our city as a Smartest City....

allahabad शहर को स्मार्ट बनाने के लिए शहर को झुग्गियों से मुक्त किया जाये, अतिक्रमण मुक्त किया जाये, लोक परिवहन सेवा सुविधा उक्त आधुनिक प्रणाली से चलाई जाये, शिक्षा को निजी करण से मुक्त किया जाये सुरक्षा व्यवस्ता का आधुनिकरण किया जाये, स्वास्थ सुविधाओं को बढ़या जाकर आधुनिकरण करते हुए निजीकरण से मुक्त किया जाये, शहर का पुनर विकास किया जाये, बिजली, पानी की व्यवस्था को हमेशा उपलब्ध रखा जाये, पुरे शहर की सम्पूर्ण व्यवस्था की नियंत्रण एजेंसी एक हो, विकेंद्रीकरण समाप्त किया जाये
