The number of registered persons is much more then the CA and CMA available. In the rural area where GST audit is to be done only by CA would create panic for them. Government should allow the Tax Advocate and GST practitioner to be there for GST audit. It should be open for the Registered person to select whether audit is to be done by CA, advocate or GST Practitioner. After all the GST is audit is more of certification.
