In order to engage with the stakeholders and invite comments from the public at large, the Department of Revenue has decided to make available the proposed amendments in CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017 and the GST (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 in the public domain. The draft proposals for amendments can be seen here. You are invited to submit your comments/feedback on the draft proposals for amendments through this discussion on MyGov.in. To facilitate the analysis of the comments / feedback, you are requested to add a hashtag to your comments. The hashtags should be added using the following scheme:

Use the hashtag #AmendmentSrNo1 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no.1 of the draft proposals,#AmendmentSrNo2 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no. 2 of the draft proposals, etc.

In case you have more than one suggestion to offer, you may find it convenient to type out your comments in a separate document, with hashtags specifying the Serial No. for which the comments are being given.

For Point No. 25 in Draft Suggestions/Rational/Remarks, I request the following remark. After the word Cost Accountant "An Advocate or a GSTP having experience of 5 years or more (as STP) and passed the examination conducted by NASIN and shall submit a copy of audited annual accounts............"

Where is Indians Block Money?. Don't Rush to Switz, all block money is held within our India. HUF means, people those Evaded Central Excise, Customs, Vat, and bring their Tax Evaded Block money converting the amount with the Help of CHARTED ACCOUNTANTS, Culprits using INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT AS THEIR WITNESS, USING INCOME TAX AS THEIR PLATFORMS AND DISCLOSING THEIR BLOCK MONEY UNDER HUF WITH VERY VERY LESSER TAX. SO OPEN ALL HUF FILES FOR THE PAST 6 SIX YEARS CAN FIND HOW THEY CHEATING INDIAN GOVT

Under GST amend Law, all HUF has to file Return under GST, if shows Exempted Turnover, Provide Separate Table like Electronic Commerce Operator/ ISD etc., and to provide Verification link with Marketing Cell Committee/ Agri Department. So At the time of Regd HUF has to submit survey number, Patta number, Village, Revenue Authority Details for not to Cook up other income as Agri Income. If business income GSTIN verdict details.
