#AMENDMENT AT SR NO 25. WE REQUEST THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT AFTER THE WORDS COST ACCOUNTANT "....OR AN ADVOCATE OR AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCED GSTP , SHALL SUBMIT A COPY OF AUDITED ANNUAL ACCOUNTS..." KINDLY CONSIDER AS MANY OF THE LAWYERS AND PRACTITIONERS HAVE DEDICATED THEIR PROFESSIONAL LIVES TO THE FIELDS OF DIRECT TAXES.

GSTIN Issues - Provide option to revise GSTRs and NO compulsory change of GSTIN login password (now a days, even internet banking does not ask for regular change in login passowrd). GSTIN and Infosys team must not use their smartness in such issues like change of password etc. Let them use their smartness in simplifying the GSTR filing process. Also, request you to provide copy and paste in GSTR ie. copy from excel sheet to GSTR and login password.

#AmendmentSrNo43A- It is the right of a Taxpayer to claim Input Tax credit (ITC) on purchases made for furtherance of business. ITC will be denied to the taxpayer if a supplier with malafide intent fails upload the invoices and evades payment of tax. This risk of tax evasion can be mitigated by providing a facility for the taxpayer to uploaded missing invoices in simplified return format proposed to be introduced by the GST Council.

A new proviso is proposed to be inserted under section 10(1) to allow supply of services upto a specified limit by Composition dealers. To enhance trade facilitation, it might be further provided to give sufficient power to government to notify specific services which would be allowed to supply by Composition Dealers without monetary limit. E.g., rental income. It may be possible that certain category of persons have small retail business along with huge rental income.
