The Govt should consider purified sea water as one of the reliable and sustainable sources of water.India has a vast coastline and a national development plan of water resources based on purified sea water involving coastal states should be formulated for hollistic development of water resources in the country.

Dear Modiji,I believe our country is still agriculture dependent and we need to have aggressive and dynamic policies towards the agriculture research and development.Once we have have strong infrastructure and implementation plans towards the rural development, the basement would be stronger for the nation building which was literally avoided or left behind by the 70 years of dynasty rule. They have all these years were working only on giving some petty things to farmers without empowering them.

If we start looking at farmers as Entrepreneurs who,as a result of a gap in skill sets can fail, we could provide them with more targtetted resources. We always have crop failure discussions associated with monsoon, and never with anything else. Farmers can fail in monsoon and succeed in drought. Depends on his entrepreneur skills. There are ma y examples to support, and can be few which do not support. We should start debates on these lines, and have a fresh look at the farmer issues

Human civilization reached the new heights because of sharing knowledge, wisdom & experience of three generation to the fourth generation. Young teachers are mostly focused to earn living and ambition. If the retired/retiring government officials can be reengagement as “teacher”. Recruitment of fresh teachers can be for balancing between old and new thoughts, ideas & energy. Advantage is pooling of knowledge, values and wisdom of generations and dignity and meaningful life to the elders.

Sir Few thoughts on India Tourism: ITDC has he best locations in India all over, but still not profitable. Other Companies are making money and taking out of India. Reasons, 1. No central management 2. Maintenance of these properties. (technically no one cares as its of Govt.) 3. No business approach. Indian Tourism industry has lot of potential to add to Govt kitty for finances. currently very much underutilize.

Dear PM India suffered a lot from the misgoverned by Congress rule .India got a chance to get out of this under your leadership, BJP got setback from Delhi & Bihar not due to opposition but from BJP itself. I have few ideas attached for good governance from my ignorant mind .
