Please accept AADHAR card or 10th pass school admit card's Date of Birth as "Proof of Birth" instead Birth Certificate for people born AFTER 26/01/1989 too in getting passport. Because many people in villages between 1989 to 1995 still didn't aware of the importance of Birth Certificate. There is a way by applying to Executive Magistrate but that process takes many time. So, Frauds often cheat them by claiming to make fake Birth Certificate to get passport. AADHAR as Proof of Birth can solve it

Since 1970s to till date , there were meetings between govt officials, Ministers and chief Ministers repeatedly for sharing water for crops...end up with filing in courts , appealing to Supreme court, and verdict not adhered by other Govt, again appealing with contempt of court...resulting no solution.. Sir, Ithink one way that domestic black money generation can be curbed to a large extent if only the guideline values in Registrars office is made more realistic to be in tune with current market value. Apart from curbing domestic black money, govt can reap higher revenue in terms of stamp duty etc. Invariably the guideline values are far far lower than current market value. May be the way it is being computed requires change
