India needs to achieve hundred percent literacy. Major educational reforms are needed. A hundred new universities, one thousand community colleges, independent school districts, home schools, culture schools are needed. Please provide action plan for these.

Decision to construct Cellular Jail (1896 to 1906) was taken for the murder of Lord Mayo at Panighat Jetty in 1872 by a Pathan from Baluchistan named Sher Ali, a hardened criminal. Thousands of hardened criminal convicts were incarcerated in Cellular jail including Moplas. Freedom fighters were also sent to Cellular Jail; first 2-3 journalists from Lucknow; then 1910 to 1920. Again from 1932 to 1935--'37. Their total no was 385; Bengalis were 345; most of them were repatriated;

"RIGHT TO HEALTH INSURANCE FOR ALL"is necessary to eradicate major health/life/Accidental related problems for this I suggest that efforts needed to be made by the central government to make Right to Health Insurance for all to be made mandatory/compulsory form the child hood (by birth) onward which makes clear that no insurance company can’t object the insurer about the diseases prior to the date of insurance more the death are caused due to lake of financial problems and proper treatment.

Andaman and Nicobar Islands are very important to India for defence point point of view as well as for its natural treasures including the beautiful beaches. These islands were famous for slave-trading since ancient times. British occupied Andaman in 1789 and made a Penal Settlement for hardened criminals since 4th March, 1858 when J.P. Walker landed in Port Blair with 773 criminal convicts. on 10th March, 1858 about 200 Mutineers were deported to Andaman. But most them were killed and hanged.

अभी OROP जो निर्णय लिया उससे मुझे बेहद ख़ुशी है पर जो जोर सरकारी खजाने पड़ा वो अलग साथ ही फौजी जो देश के लिए मेहनत करते है.वे युवा ऐज में ही रिटायर हो जाते है.फिर उन्हें आगे नौकरी कि चिंता भी होती है. और पेंशन से उनका कुछ नहीं होता उसके लिए एक सुझाव यह है कि सरकार फौजी को cisf, local पुलिस station,बिजली vibhag आदि जगह फोजियो को लाया जाये जिससे corruption पर तो असर पड़ेगा साथ ही उन्हें नौकरी कि चिंता खत्म होगी,साथ सरकारी खजाने पर जो पेंशन का जोर पड़ा वो खत्म होगा मतलब बैठे का पैसे नहीं देने पड़ेगे

सरकार शिक्षा के शुल्क को कम नही कर प् रही तो कम से कम शिक्षा सामग्री को तो सस्ता कर सकती है ! अगर सरकार पुरे भारत मेंसरकारी व गैर सरकारी समस्त संस्थानों में एकल शिक्षा प्रणाली ( किसी भी कक्षा का सिलेबस पूर्ण भारत में एक ) लागु कर दे तो प्राइवेट स्कूल की सिलेबस व किताबों को लेकर मनमर्जी पूर्णतया बंद हो जाएगी ! छात्र को भी अपनी सुविधानुसार अपनी मनपसंद जगह से किताबें खरीदने की आजादी रहेगी !

Shri Modiji, we are glad to know about your govt efforts in getting the Ganga river clean as its a national significance, but please also talk about & steps for other rivers across over India. Even smaller rivers are polluted with plastics, industrial waste. pleases take attention of all citizens that they dont throw plastic & other waste in rivers including the Pooja samagri a separate arrangement can be made to dump it. Citizen can be requested to clean banks of river.Each river is important

My idea is to bring in CSR activity in developing Government Hospitals. Today all the corporates involved in one or other CSR activity’s like visiting NGO’s, funding them, Plantation etc. We all know the type of NGO’s we have and level of control we have on them. Idea is that You call for all corporates to adopt one Government hospital and maintain and develop them. This way we can bring in CSR activity in developing hospital for poor. And also deal with some of the NGO issue.

Hon,ble Prime Minister Sir, With great hope on March 14, 2016, we (parents, grandparents) put up an appointment request to the PMO to convey our concerns,fears and apprehension on the universities environment especially after the JNU incident. We had earlier written to the Hon'ble President in this regard. The two letters combined were signed by about 350 parents of Delhi NCR. We tried twitter and mail but seems we failed to reach you as we still await an acknowledgement from the PMO. Thanks

Shri Modiji, Please talk about National service / volunteering for the country, their are many small countries in world which have compulsory national service. We have a population of billion if majority of our population at least spend 2-4hrs each week for volunteer National service there will be huge impact, people can take small projects like cleaning surrounding or banks of river as swatch Bharat, tree plantation & maintaining it. It will build sense of belongingnes to country and team work
