Respected Sir, The Government imposes various cess on the services provided to citizens. We have an education cess, swachh Bharat cess and from 1st June 2016 a cess for Krishi Vikas cess.As citizens of India we would like to know how exactly the funds are being utilized for the various purposes for which they are being collected. The Government should publish reports regarding the funds collected - amount spent on improvement/establishment of various facilities, a report card-for our benefit

Government scheme are duds in lot of cases because of lack of feedback mechanism and monitoring, most of the backward areas like naxals in MP,jharkhand, chattisgarh etc is because government employee are apathetic or exploit them, they ask for unnecessary document , most of the developed countries ask for feedback of every government transaction with public so that government is alert, even if feedback mechanism is there no body bothers to reply or give misleading answer

Prime Minister Sir My submission is that please make education, health in India free of cost for SC/ST & OBC's. Provide them scholarship and other benefits also to enhance their skill. BUT PLEASE ABOLISH ALL TYPE OF RESERVATION IN JOBS AND ADMISSIONS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. BECAUSR THERE SHOULD BE A FAIR COMPETITION AMONG THE APPLICANT's of JOBS SO THAT THE REAL AND GENUINE TALENT & SKILL CAN COME OUT FOR SERVING INDIA

Respected Sir, Every people gets the benefit from various scheme launch by the GOI. But the always there is more benefit for category people only(SC,ST,NT).In every field, SC people are going forward. In every field- govt.Job,scholarship, govt form,in every field they are forward then what about the Minority or Open people. There should be equal right to all the people.Just because of this,SC people are going forward and others are not.

Sir why don't you promote cashless transaction means you should promote debits cards, credit cards, net banking and online wallets. So there will be no black money and paper will also be saved. For this you less the tax that government impose on card transaction that is around 4% and make this services cheaper by organising some funds and governments money will be saved not publishing the notes and coins You can take this campaign under you digital India mission Please think about Thank you
