We need a regulatory framework for rental deposits. In UK, US, rental deposits are regulated. Max deposit is capped at 6 weeks to 2 months. It is kept in separate escrow account. To deduct money from deposit, 3rd party assessment is mandatory. Can we have similar regulatory framework in India?

क्या हम लोकसभा,राज्यसभा आदि मे कागज का प्रयोग कम कर सकते हैं,laptop के उपयोग से| यदि सभी सदस्य अपना laptop लेकर आएं और सभी lan connected हों,file shearing के लिए| यह कितना सुन्दर दृश्य होगा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण भी| |धन्यवाद|

Farmers suffer more when a BUMPER crop results in drastic fall in market prices as happened recently in TOMATO crop in kareemnagar,Telengana state;the rate fell to 50NP;farmers threw the tomato in garbage bins as they could not sell.FARMERS SHOULD BE FORE-WARENED BY MARKET DEPARTMENTS AND ADVISED MEASURES TO PRESERVE THE CROP.ONION IS SELLING CHEAP NOW BUT WILL TURN COSTLY IN OFF SEASON;CONSUMERS SHOULD BE TAUGHT and persuaded TO PRESERVE THE CROP TO USE IN LEAN SEASON.

Hello Sir, We need awareness created amongst educated and uneducated to save water to save earth, we see lots of society member waste water by not keeping tab on tanks water level which overflows and goes unattended for over 15 minutes on daily, weekly or monthly basis, if they understand criticality of water and use them as small penny when needed to save rest for future, we can then save some water for others to save their lives. Thank you!

Dear Prime Minister, I would like to ask (request) your initiation to provide Consitution of India in a printed format from the official website of Indian Government. We as Indian Citizen, we have a right to have a copy of COI. Now it is available to download, it would be very nice if citizens of India has an option to obtain a hard copy from Gov. of India. Hi Sir, I would like to bring your attention towards our Swachh Bharat campaign.I'm from Delhi. We all use plastic bags and it's a well know fact that it's harming our environment very badly. Trust me, this plays a major part in killing the natural health of our earth and soil. We all must come together and take a pledge to abandon the use of plastic bags.It would be a great step if we come up with some alternatives asap to stop this. #MannKiBaat #AIR #MyGov

sir all wants deduction in income tax in 80c sec, and the same may be enchance by launching investment schemes for the welfare of farmers and advanced research on agriculture one contributory fund is formed in which person putting the money for locking period of 3yrs the person will get rebate but also insurance cover like (just like the scheme of Rs 1 insurance) & same fund for army & armed purpose. just like schemes help in mainstreaming the unaccounted money who invest in abovesaid
