France has passed a bill which makes it compulsory for all buildings to have either solar panels or rooftop garden. India can implement this too specially for new buildings/offices/homes in urban areas. Solar panels will help with our energy conservation, keep our buildings cool and also cut down the electricity costs. Its a win-win situation.

Dear Sir parliamentary debate on reservation in constituent assy- at best let res be on economic ground . Shri Tajamul Hussain (Bihar: Muslim): “… reservation of seats in any shape or form and for any community or group of people is, in my opinion, absolutely wrong in principle. Sir Many minorities make one great nation india. If by giving reserv to jats who took violent means and caused a loss of 200cr in return sets up an example by holding such protests gives you your demands in return which may/may not yield fruitful to the nation. This also may leads to other minorities from other states holding such protests for reservation. My suggestion is to shift the reserv system from"caste" to "economic"background which will give equal opportunity to all poor despite of caste
