I'm a salaried person. so I have some suggestions which are more relevant to Salaried folks. 1) The conveyence allowance of 1600pm & the Medical reimbursement 15K pa is in reality useless. For two reasons, even a basic rickshaw in a city like Patna would take you above 2K per month. And the medical bills are mostly fake and its a fact. Everyone knows this and agrees but not officially. Better remove these exemptions entirely instead raise the std deduction. #UnionBudget #Budget2016 #MyGov

2) Section 80TTA allows deduction upto 10K for Savings a/c interest. Why just savings a/c? If we want to promote investment & AutoSweep accounts. We should say any kind of interest upto 10K (only from banks or postoffice) is exempt. 3) 80C limit MUST be increased. Otherwise people with limited financial awareness never want to invest. People who invest only to save tax will be motivated to put in more. Dont take out ELSS from 80C it's really a good way to help the stock market #UnionBudget

Dear FM, Please consider raising the interest rates on postal savings like NSC, MIS by 0.5 per cent at the least which will mean a decent income monthly for senior citizens and the rest. Investing in post offices have picked up enormously over the years which will also come in handy for development programmes. It will cover the middle and lower middle classes who have substantial stakes in the economy.

Swachh Bharat campaign is good.Paying Swachh Bharat tax is also good. But how does the Central government ensure that the streets of India are cleaned up & garbage is picked up every day? Municipality & Panchayats do not pay any attention to the garbage woes as we daily tread on the streets with nose covered. No grievance portal will come to our rescue except giving some acknowledgement number.Pull up erring governing bodies by surprise checks & cancel infrastructure funding arrangements.Regards.

Dear Prime Minister, instead of expending 100000 Crores of rupees in Bullet train from Mumbai to Baroda, which will be helpful for limited business class people who can afford Air ways to travel it will be better for people of India if this money could be utilized to improve Indian Railways which is becoming troublesome to travel day by day. Tickets are not available for general public in all routes. Rail tracks are busy & trains getting late.

Like smart cities , Smart Schools are to be established all over India.Education ministry should run these schools like Kendriya Vidyalayas. This will make education simpler and competitive.Today private players make a killing by running schools and has become commercial venture.Education bonds can be given which will help to set up at least 1000 smart schools in India. This will generate employment for teachers.Quality education can be guaranteed.Regards
