Conversion of Hut house & Brick roof houses to concrete house: Bring special schemes for gas account holders to convert their hut house or not concrete roof house people to convert their house into concrete floor house.Give tax exemption for the friends & relatives who are paying money to govt for their relations house or building conversions.So very soon India will be a place of no huts or stone or brick roof house will change to concrete roof house.People suffering lot during rains, & winter

The medical allowance and children education allowances for all gov employees should be made fixed and given to the employees monthly basis without any bills. At present in most of the offices the bill passing clerk involves in malpractices while passing this bills. This corruption can be checked if the allowances are made fixed.

A hard educated man from poor level to 10lakh perannum,after spending for education,health,power,housing loan,insurance,food,fuel got very less amount to save,but paying 30% tax.So during tax deduction they should have option for including basic groceries,travel bills,essential home necessity like gas stove,small fridge cost,small tv cost,cheap mobile cost,house accessories because they are spending it which is coming to national economy.So they should be allowed to add the spending bills in IT.

When we are accommodating to board senior citizens & kids with family in trains due to crowd unable to get platform ticket on time.So either platform vending machine should be setup in platforms or ticket checker should have a handy machine to issue platform tickets,or able to purchase platform ticket on a specific date & time through online & get sms for that having one hour validity, or when booking ticket allow one free platform ticket for both online or direct counter sales,allow ticket sms.

GPS devices are inserted into pet animals & helping to get them back on lost.Similarly DRDO Should develop nano scale life long working GPS devices which should be compulsory inserted into skin of under 18 & above 21 on their wish.This should be done only in selected GOVT hospital in strict supervision.Make sure none other can get detector device & removing technology.Ban use of this tech. by private people.Allow it for women going abroad for work,Eliminate Local people who try to break this.

All parcel office in Indian railways are not computerized, even their railway station got computerized, but these offices are left computerized, under staffed, despite of huge potential & income from this dept,very less measures are taken to produce higher income & higher usage. No fork lifts, no mini lifters, even most time person who brings the parcels are asked to place them in coaches. Make staff available for 24 hours,use bar-codes to track parcels real-time,send sms about status to sender

As a citizen we have now seen so many govt initiatives by our PM now we are looking forward for taking strong measures to forward on those announced initiatives. BJP also has an image of business friendly govt called capitalistic govt. It is also time to take some measures for look lubhavan neeti. Not much but few. Tourism plays a wider role in economic development few more tourism training programs needs to be started. University courses and training institute must be started for youth.

Make law stating that if a land is uncultivated for 5 years and if it is one km from sea, then it can be utilized for prawn cultivation.Still now 1 kg of king prawn selling 1000 rupees in Indian local market & abroad it is even more.So allow graduates by providing loans to utilize this unexplored potential. Since sea foods are one of the rich source of omega acids for immunity,health & reduce poverty around the world.

Our tax basebis very low and public services cannot be given free to all. But genuine tax pyers should get benfit of free public services for honestly paying taxes or filing returns. As a solution if all get aadhaar card and get iy linked to their PAN then their can be online validation of return filing status of a citizen and avail the services free if taxes are being filed. Those do not file returns can still avail the services but by paying usage charge.genuine tax payers are happy.

Its my wish that for any salaried person in India,he should have concern about take home salary. Like every one should pay some % of tax and after same gov should be responsible to provide all desired facilities like education, medical, free insurance or death benefits etc. Special cards may b given to citizen on d basis of income tax deduction. No juglary for returns..tax paying..filing etc.
