For e.g HIMACHAL PRADESH ek aisa rajya hai jahan par rail ki suvidha bahut kam hai or vo rail bahut purani hai kafi salon se rail budget me HP ko koi bhi rail nahi di gayi iska kya karan hai mujhe nahi pata agar ap se ho sake or me asha krta hun ki ap meri bat ko sune please is bar HP ko rail budget me ek rail di jaye. Dear Sir, Though this sugguestion looks odd but it can change the thinking Tax as dediction tool to earning mechanism. Two simple things. 1.Give exempt of RS Two Lac on earnings if a citizen travells to office by Bicycle 2.Rs 1 Lac exemption if he/she travells by public transport. Gov.must bring up some GPS mechanism. This helps bringing traffic in cities, reduce pollution, Oil import burden and eventually good helth and wealth by saving

Cars purchase should be connected to Income tax payment.. More tax payed more cars one can purchase

Need to focus on Senior Citizen source of income those who don’t have Pension Facility. They depend on the bank interest only. So need to increase the bank Interest only for Senior citizen from 0.5% to 1% and also should increase according to the ages.

Government can make their own E-wallet so that there can we a cashless transaction. People can get more transparency and black money can be stopped. To make people join this Govt can liberalise some of the Taxes so that people get attracted to it.

I have following suggestions for this --- 1- Please Declare tax free income up to 4 lac [minimum]for salaried class. 2- Please come with a simplest solar energy plan in which every one either farmer [in their fields] or other citizens [ on their home's roof] can do solar energy farming and sell the electricity to government and earn money.
