You Sir, are a strategic management thinker any IIM would be proud of.You have already empowered every Indian to operate a bank account and own personal insurance. Next step is to minimise risk associated with agriculture. Please announce a "simple loan against standing crops" scheme. Banks should be able to finance seeds, fertiliser, crop care expenses as loan. Part of the disbursement could be witheld to finance crop insurance to indemnify banks.Repayment to start only after crop is harvested.

dear sir, 23 lakh applicants applied for 368 peon post in UP government secretariat. some them are PhD holders,engineers and higher degree qualifications. As per Sachivalaya Group D Recruitment and Service Rules ,1983,of UP government appointment for the post of peon is through direct interview. But, if these 23 lakh candidates make a beeline, direct interview would take four and a half years even if the interviews went on 24X7. Please give your opinion what you think about it

Dear sir regards, mining dept and all such should be raided, from patwari to agriculture officers, this will increase the revenue and image of gov; since the mine‘ghotala’ is in headlines. During such ghotalas all relatives accounts should be checked.All gov officers’ children to study and access only gov medical facilities.Medi claim policy should be stopped of gov officers since the medical facilities r already free.Much more 2 come from my most innovative dad,Thakur Gopal Singh Rathore Bilara

Respected Sir, I want to attract your attention to one of the important issue which has not got enough lime light.The issue is SPORTS.Sir,we have a neighbor CHINA who always top the chart in OLYMPICS but we are not able to replicate the same although we have excellent sportsperson who are dedicated.You have said u want to see INDIA as superpower.Therefore,identify those sportsperson who can MAKE INDIA SUPERPOWER in field of sports.Kindly chalk out strategy with your officials to do d same.
