This initiative aims to gather innovative ideas and practical inputs to strengthen enforcement mechanisms, improve service delivery, and adopt citizen-centric approaches. Participants are encouraged to contribute thoughtful recommendations that can support the Directorate in addressing emerging challenges and further strengthening financial integrity and accountability.

The Government may consider introducing simplified public guidelines in regional languages explaining citizens’ rights, obligations, and safeguards during investigations. This would reduce confusion and prevent misuse or misunderstanding of legal processes by intermediaries or unauthorized persons. To support the common man, strict timelines for investigation and disposal of cases may be implemented so that individuals and small businesses are not subjected to prolonged uncertainty. Mechanisms for protecting innocent persons from unnecessary harassment, especially in cases involving procedural or technical errors, should also be strengthened. Further, the Government may encourage the use of digital systems for notices, document submissions, case tracking, and grievance redressal to improve efficiency and reduce delays. Conducting awareness programs regarding financial frauds, money laundering risks, and cyber-related economic offences would also help citizens protect themselves an
