ED should have each and every rights like Anticorruption Department. ACB did only FIRs and Arrests but not enquired as deep as the involment and property gained by the accused and aslo his/her benami properties also. hence the said accused used his/her these undisclosed properties for defend their case or manage further the said authority and witness and thereafter enjoying their life with no difficulties as they have lot of money and properties to live better life without government service

Directorate of Enforcement plays an important role in maintaining financial law and order in the country. It is responsible for investigating cases related to money laundering, foreign exchange violations, and financial crimes. The organization works to prevent illegal financial activities and protect the economic stability of the nation. Its efforts contribute towards creating a safer and corruption-free environment for the growth and development of India.

Sir, ED is doing a good job in enforcing “ Prevention of Money Laundering Act “ and “ Fugitive Economic Offenders Act “. It is nice to see so many high profile offenders in jails and their wealth attached. But many more who have looted India are outside the jails. The conviction rate of ED is very high. However, not many cases have reached the trial stage. The success of ED is linked to how the higher courts are functioning. The cases of many politicians are dragged in courts in one pretext or another by influential lawyers. There are relentless efforts to put hurdles in investigation, prosecution and trial. We have seen how the SC is giving bails to the corrupt, criminals and anti national elements and questioning the ED and CBI. So I feel, without a comprehensive reform of the higher judiciary the functioning of ED will not be very effective.

Law and order should be very strict in India. Install cameras in each n every road and all should be in working condition so that people are scared to do any crime. Give harsh punishment to the culprits so that it’s a lesson for everyone. Because of this girls can move without fear as they roam in other countries. Salary of police personnel be increased so that they don’t opt for corruption.

Since Cybercrime police are short of skill & will to go the extra mile (as well as seriously limited by authority & technology) to investigate financial crimes viz. Stock market scams, Digital arrests, Job scams, Mule businesses etc., and when they cannot make progress on those (say involvement of complex maze of criminal networks locally & globally, those involving say over huge amounts of money like over 50 Lakhs, those where no progress made even after a certain timeframe), the cyber police offices must be advised to automatically forward the case to ED (and CBI and CB-CID etc. as relevant & appropriate) who must pick it up with immediate effect instead of asking for orders from courts as not every victim have wherewithals to file case in courts amidst all the mental anguish & financial distress. Please issue an Executive order on the same with immediate effect. Justice denied is democracy's shame & decline of the modalities & moralities of govt of the ppl, by the ppl & for the ppl!
