The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

how about fixing solar panel's on every electric posts all along railway track and produces electricity for use.Railways can use for stations and other utility purpose Since all panel's are above posts it is safe and you can tap at nearest railway gate or station or you can build a small sub station to tap solar electric power plus it may give opportunity to many employment and build nation strong in clean energy it can be on PP Model local people can invest please think with expert's and do

Use cases more important to see the immediate results - shud progress to RFIDS & personal cams 1) Crematoriums/grave yards for birth/death count 2) Judiciary /Police stations 3) Madrassas/Masjids /Night clubs 4) all ghetto areas 5) all muunciaplities offices 6) dustbins for clenliness 7) railway stations 8) colleges/schools especially likes of JNU, AMU 9) traffic monitoring 10) all borders of countries & even states - the grey zones/no zones 11) ration shops 12)ATMs 6) dustbins

cont--for capturing photos, images which is important or required on the basis of countries safety & live image & audio recording should also be captured with the facilities available of zooming in the drone machine. Drones can also be used for high level targets of terrorist & criminals activities & can damage there internal or external movements, by giving an information to the person handling the drone. If this ideas and suggestion works I promise we will look up & and there will be no limits

cont-- and can also be used in borders to watch terrorist activities, so that the government of INDIA can take supreme power action against them and can kill them on time and can save INDIA from can failed different dangerous activities of the terrorist. Drone can also be used for different purposes, it can also be used for safety of the civilians from time to time. This is very important factor in sense of the draft of Draft Drone Rules, 2021 in which new 3D machine should be used cont--

As we can see that in this new generation every country is growing day by day with different technologies and ethics. In the same generation INDIA is also playing a vital role with different best technologies and ideas and suggestions are implementing INDIA day by day. This is a good Idea regarding using of drone in INDIA on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring.
